Our team works quickly to find tenants for your property and manages all inquiries about availableproperties. We help advertise and set appropriate lease rates to attract the right tenant for you – a reliable, potentially long-term resident.
- Screening Process:
All applications are carefully reviewed and processed to ensure only approved tenants. Includes
credit, criminal background, sex offender, rental history and income verification.
- Lease Paperwork:
When tenants are ready to lease your unit, we manage all lease agreements and paperwork. We
collect signatures from each party; ensuring necessary provisions are included to protect you as
the property owner.
- Tenant Move Days:
The routine tasks to resident move-in days, we prepare lease agreements, verify utilities, collect
security deposits and signed paperwork, and distribute keys.
Our team is accessible at all times to help with tasks as small as posting notices and rent pick up. For those times when you just can’t get around to all of your properties to post 24 hour notices, Complete Rental Managements team is available to lend an extra hand.
This is an inspection that should be conducted by the tenant themselves upon moving into the
property. As the landlord, you should be present for an initial walk-through of the property with the
tenant wherein they should call out and document any damages that are seen.
This inspection is ideally conducted with the tenant still in the property, usually at the time when
you collect the keys. Similar to the move-in inspection, you and the tenant will walk through the
property and you will document any damages seen.
